1919, Coat of arms 5 K. brownish lilac and 20 K. blue/red tied by cds. "LATWIJA 25.4.19" to cover to Moscow, the letter should be transported presumably with one of the temporarily agreed occasions for mail exchange through the lines, the sender already franked with Russian instead of Latvian stamps. In April 1919, however, there was no exchange of mail, so the letter was first handed over to the post office in Libau and only after Riga's liberation to the local post office for storage, stamps with faults; in addition, another stored but faulty cover.
