1910, Coat of arms 10rbl. imperforated as block of 9 tied by cds. "MOSCOW 7 8 22" to reverse of registered cover to the American Consul in Riga, in addition registered cover with same, but perforated, franking sent to Rathenow, some minor creases as to be expected, a very rare and possibly unique usage with most of the imperforated stamps having been despatched in Ukraine, a major item for an RSFSR exhibit
