Cover franked with 1899-1906  1/2 anna black on blue-green, 1 anna black on white and 2 annas black on lemon-yellow making up the 3 1/2 anna rate (1/2 anna for postage, 2 annas for registration and 1 anna for Acknowledgement) tied on reverse of cover with hooded Duttia cds.
