1900 local handmade cover franked with 1894-99  6p green tied by "SIRMOOR STATE / NAHAN / 18 MY 1900" cds with an indistinct delivery squared circle postmark. Internal franked Sirmoor covers are virtually unobtainable because the Maharaja of Sirmoor had issued strict orders to have the stamps removed from all articles of mail prior to delivery. Only a handful of such Sirmoor cover exist, the majority of franked Sirmoor covers are combination covers addressed to areas outside Sirmoor State.
