1870/73, Coat of Arms, typographed on ordinary paper, Medio Real blue on rose with black inscription, interesting mostly unused group of 19 stamps including one unused from position 2 with plate flaw "open 2nd R in CORREOS", varying quality, some signed (Michel 18I)
