This is one of only two known covers to the exhibitor that appear to have extra franking possibly due to the letter being overweight.

This is one of only two known Barwani printed matter wrappers to the exhibitor. It proves that the postage rate for book post was half that of ordinary letters

Combination cover from Barwani to Germany and redirected to USA franked on reverse with ½a, 1a and 2a Devi Singh + ¼a and ½a Ranjit Singh stamps tied by four strikes of the native "BARWANI / SEP 4 47" cds in Devnagari additionally franked on obverse with India KGVI ½a + 1½a pair tied by Imperial "BARWANI 5 SEP 47" cds. This is believed to be the only known combination cover bearing both Barwani and India stamps. Unique, certificate ISES 2021.
