1866, final printing 5 c. rose red, block of 4 with large to just touched margins, tied to entire letter from "SANTIAGO 26 JUL 867" to Valparaiso, taxed with framed "MULTADA" and circular "20" in red. Some creasing removed, upper left stamp with tiny marginal tear; an unusual usage. Signed Calves
