1858, First issue, the famous error of colour MEDIO PESO rose red in vertical pair with normal stamp UNA PESETA, clear to large margins, tied by 3 strikes of cds. "ADMON.PRAL. DE CORREOS TACNA 18 JUNIO 1858" to entire double rate letter to Cochabamba, Bolivia. "4"reales in manuscript (somewhat faint next to the stamps) charged upon arrival for the internal postage. Very fine and fresh condition. There are just 4 covers recorded, bearing a se-tenant pair of the error of colour, this is the only one to a foreign destination. A great rarity of Latin American philately. Certificate Moorhouse (2013)
