1859/62, Britannia 6 d. with good margins, in combination with 1860/63, DLR 2 d. blue, tied by mute oval to letter sheet from "G.P.O. MAURITIUS MY 15 1860" to Calcutta, India with clear "CALCUTTA SHIPLETTER 1860 JU 22 Bg." with manuscript "5a". Very fine and rare 8d. rate, paying the letter rate via Aden. A similar cover from the same correspondence, sent one week earlier, was in the Kanai collection.
