"SSSR LENINGRAD 19 6 43" to registered envelope to Chanty-Mansijk with adjacent registration hs., reverse military censor and transit cds. "OSTYAKO VOGULSK 24 7 43", correct 60 kopek rate; some soiling at left, otherwise very fine. Very scarce blockade mail from besieged Leningrad.
