1698/1938, interesting local collection "Region Wolfsburg" incl. Incoming Mail from pre-philately with emphasis on the cancellations of Braunschweig, Calvörde, Velpke and Vorsfelde with approx. 190 covers, postal stationary and picture postcards, including Mi.-Nr. 8a with No. "45" on folded cover from "VORSFELDE" (signed HK), Mi.-No. 9a (3/4 Ggr.) with number "44" on folded letter with blue Ra2 "VELPKE" (FB Lange BPP), Mi.-Nr. 10 in horizontal pair with number "8" on folded letter from "BRAUNSCHWEIG 25.FEB.1867", Mi.-Nr. 14A on complete folding cover (FB Lange BPP), and two single stamps German Reich Mi.-Nr. 17a each with DKr. "BRAUNSCHWEIG 12.SEPT.1873" on wrapper of 2nd weight class. An attractive collection with many covers in perfect condition
1855/67, interesting group of about 100 stamps and on pieces as well as few covers, the latter mostly old certificates, otherwise each piece with (short) certificate resp. attestation Neumann BPP. Usual condition varies, but mostly optically appealing. Including a.o. Mi. 6xIV, 6y, 8PFI, 13, etc.
1722/1871(ca.), very attractive and comprehensive collection with over 300 entire items, including early scroll covers, pre-philately cancellations very comprehensive with many better ones, NDP value and parcel covers, several letters of the city postmark, horseshoe cancellations, post-used cancellations, fieldpost, interesting destinations as well as incoming mail, ship mail covers, postal notes, many better transit postmarks like "4½ Sgr. 6 Xr", also oval "LANDPOST" on letter part and coloured map "Charte des Königreichs Hannover", all neatly mounted on pages and described in detail
1675/1950 (ca.), comprehensive home collection SYKE. The well developed pre-philately part starting with numerous scroll covers, a letter from 1754 with handwritten note "Ist durch einen Briefträger so fort wegzuschicken", a French army letter with red L2 "No. 9 PORT-PAYÉ/GRANDE-ARMÉE" to Paris (1808) or an official letter from 1812 with script L2 "Le Commissaire general de police à Bremen", warning against a book on sale in Berlin, which in reality was "a hidden satire against France". From 1800 onwards, letters with handwritten place marks appear, followed from 1819 by documentation of all the cancellations used. The Pre-Philately is rounded off with many relatively scarce printed forms such as a receipt for the delivery of a subscription newspaper. After 1854, a good 45 Hanover postage paid items from and to Sycke and a number of stamps (postage stamp) with cancellations there follow, as well as one part each of the NDP and the German Empire with a small documentation of the landing of the Zeppelin "Hansa" in Syke in October 1913. A varied and detailed home collection compiled over many years.
