1858, Coat of Arms 10 k. brown/blue, fresh colours, tied by dotted oval "6" Odessa (border post-office) to entire folded letter to Mariupol, reverse departure boxed "ODESSA April 1859", very fine, scarce usage
30 k. carmine-rose/yellowish-green, later printing on thinner paper, watermark "3" strongly shifted to the right, late use with cds. "1872", a couple of irregular perfs at top and one insignificant tone spot on reverse, fine and very rare

"PETROGRAD 1- 7. 18" together with 10 k. to reverse of a censored registered envelope to Lida, correctly franked at the 60 kopek tariff, with arrival receiver handstamp; cover with usual transportation traces, one vertical archival fold and slightly reduced at right, otherwise fine and very rare usage
1923, Agricultural and Industry Exhibit 1 r.-7 r., cpl. set used with RSFSR 10 r. and 100 r. (counted at 1 rouble each) on reverse, tied by cds. "MOSCOW 11. 9. 23" to registered envelope to Berlin, all paying the correct 40 roubles rate (tariff valid two weeks only), reverse arrival cds. Two stamps with small defects, of no importance given the great scarcity of those RSFSR-First USSR issue mixed frankings
