(15 Aug), endorsed “per Pretoria” in manuscript, to New York, United States, with c.d.s. arrival backstamp, violet oval sender’s cachet of Captain F. Becker, Superintendent of the Hamburg-America Packet Company, some faults to reverse from prior mounting, else a fine example of this double rate.
