Postage Dues, strength before the 1930s with some cpl. sets and duplicates, some better values starting with the first issue of Belgian Congo, Mi.-Nr. 24(3), early Egypt, etc., together with some multiples, a few forgeries noted, some occasional faults, mostly in very ood and fresh condition, a fine lot, in one stockbook
