"SULTANABAD 30/5" (1903) to registered envelope to Austria with transit marks of Teheran and Baku and Austrian arrival mark. One stamp with missing corner and 12 CH. on 10 kr. somewhat defective at right, otherwise fine. A rare and remarkable franking. Signed Sadri with certificate (2015)
