1863/1913, mint never hinged/unused and used collection with a few covers, starting with a delightful group of the 1863 3 kopek blue including the three printings (Mi.-Nr. 1a-c), followed by the ROPIT issues with Mi.-Nr. 1 left sheet corner used (position 1) slighlty cut in at right (certificate Mikulski), strong selection of the 1909/10 overprinted issues, fine choice of blocs of four and large multiples along with Mi.-Nr. 22y full sheet, etc., also a group of fantasy issues, a few reprints and doubtful cancellations.
