1856, Hidalgo 1 r. orange, 2 r. green and 4 r. red, fresh colors and mostly good margins, with 4r. large margined with vertical guideine at right, tied by cds. "FRANCO MEXICO 15 SET 1859" to folded lettersheet to Vera Cruz, horizontal fold touching 1 and 2 r., but very good appearance and rare three color franking

1861, Hidalgo ½ r. black on buff, District overprint “VERA CRUZ”, two horizontal pairs, fresh color, one with good margins, one touched, tied by cds. to folded lettersheet, fine

1861, Hidalgo 4 r. on yellow, district overprint “CHIHUAHUA”, diagonally bisected, tied by red straight-line “GUAD Y CALVO” to folded letter to Mazatlan, fine, signed Jaretzky with opinion (1982)

1867, First printing, wove paper: Medio real on white paper, good to enourmeous margins , lightly cancelled by part of  scarce "FRANCO AUTLAN", extremely fine, certificate MEPSI (2002)

un real on blue, cut octagonal and cancelled by Autlan infinity handstamp. Very fine. Certificate MEPSI (2006)

2 reales on white, ample to large margins, applied over Maximilian 25 c. with gothic "Mexico", tied by large oval Mexico date stamp "1.. ENERO" to small piece. The only such recorded combination. Very fine. Certificate MEPSI (2002)

'un peso' on lilac, cut into at base, otherwise wide margins, used with fancy Guadalajara datestamp. Very fine. A very rare stamp with just three used examples recorded. Certificate MEPSI (2002)

Serrate perforated 4 r. on rose, together with 2nd printing serrate perforated 2 r. on green and 3rd printing, oblong quadrille paper, serrate perforated 1 r. on blue, used together on entire letter to Zamora, forwarded from Colima and tied by oval "CORREOS GUADALAJARA". Few short perfs and some minor staining, otherwise very fine (arrival mark on reverse little improved by pencil). All three stamps are rare, just one further cover has been recorded with the 4 r. A unique three colour franking with serrated stamps and without doubt the most important cover of the Guadalajara provisional issues. Certificate MEPSI (1999)

Laid battoné paper 2 r. on green, tied by small handstamp "GUADALAJARA" (usually used as district overprint on national stamps) to small piece. The only recorded example of this handstamp used as cancellation. Certificate MEPSI (2002)

3rd printing, quadrille paper 2 r. on rose and 4 r. on blue, large margins, unused with original gum. Extremely fine. 2 r. with certificate MEPSI (2003)

Laid battoné paper: 2 reales on rose, enormous margins, used with clear full strike of scarce "FRANCO AUTLAN". Extremely fine and choice. Certificate MEPSI (2002)

3rd printing, oblong quadrille paper 'Un real' on white and 2nd printing, quadrille paper 2 r. on green, tied by oval "FRANQUEADO EN GUADALAJARA" to piece. Stamps lifted for inspection and replaced by hinges. Very fine. The  'Un real' as one of the rarest stamps of this local issue, with only 2 used but no unused copies recorded. 1868, wove paper 2 r. on lilac, by mistake gummed on the front and applied in this way to entire letter to Colima, tied by oval "FRANQUEADO EN GUADALAJARA". A most unusual and most likely unique item.

1853, Baeza cds. “MANILA 2 MAY. 1853” on folded entire to Hamburg, endorsed “Overland via Alexandria Trieste”, transit red crowned circle “PAID AT HONG KONG” and framed “Aus Oesterreich.”, reverse transit Triest and railway three-line "BRESLAU BERLIN”, some transportation traces and minor imperfections of no importance, still fine and very rare

Nepalese Courts in Tibet : Unfranked official envelope from Kuti Court to Katmandu, showing large ornamental sun and moon seal, fine

Under the Thapatail Treaty of 1855, Nepalese courts were established in the Tibetan towns of Khasa, Kuti, and Kurong, to handle legal cases involving Nepalese citizens. Mail from these courts was struck with the appropriate court seal, and carried with free-franking privileges by couriers to nearby Nepalese border towns.

1851/57, Washington 12 c. black, horizontal pair, with long pre-cut, almost parting the stamps, tied by cds. “BRISTOL R.I. JAN 12” to buff envelope with red tax mark "3" via London to Birmingham with arrival mark, stamps touched due to pre-cut, envelope with transportation wear including partially missing backflap, an interesting and attractive entire

 1869, Pictorial Issue 3 c. blue, two singles, fresh colors and good perforation, tied by target cancel with adjacent cds. “DENVER MAY 17” to buff envelope to Ontario, right stamp tiny corner crease, otherwise fine and attractive
