Revenues, some better items with an early 15 cents franking tied by cork cancel to transatlantic mail from New York to Hanau with three-line “AMERICA ÜBER BREMEN FRANCO” and red cds. “NEW YORK BREMEN PAID” alongside, small group of stampless covers with Lancaster 1845 folded entire with 5 cents carrier rate struck in blue, also some early single frankings, Columbian Exposition illustrated postcards(7), First Flights covers, parcel cards, etc., mixed condition, in 9 albums

Western Mail & Express Companies consignment balance, with over thirty five nineteenth century covers, several express company printed franks, noting Pacific Union Express (including one on Matteson & Williamson full-front advertising entire), one Pacific Express “Volcano” blue oval handstamp, stagecoach illustrated Coast Overland Mail Company cover, Lamping & Co's Express, Langton, Adams & Co, Greenhood & Newbauer, and four Wells Fargo including blue oval “Ophir” handstamp on missent cover to Gold Hill, scarcer cancellations including Santa Clara and San Buenaventura manuscript cancels, Silver Mountain c.d.s. on 12c. rate transatlantic cover to London (faults), attractive El Paso de Robles Hot and Cold Sulphir Springs advertising cover, dual Union Pacific Railroad from North Platte and Wells, Fargo & Co Express from Stockton labels on redirected cover from Santa Cruz to San Jose (flaws), City Express / G & H PAID label on Wells, Fargo cover from San Francisco to Oregon, and unusual California usage of 1873 3c Official on cover from Grass Valley, condition varies significantly, but with several scarcer covers noted, worthy of close inspection.

2005/2009, interesting group of 8 souvenir sheets, most with artist and engravers signatures, including Scott# RW72b(2), 73b, RW74b(2) and RW75b, 4 certificates PSE

1859/1991, mint never hinged/unused and mostly used collection, including Fiscals and Officials, also some souvenir sheets together with a few covers, mixed condition especially in the classics, neatly mounted in one album

1866/67, used collection on neatly written up pages, including 1c. (2), ½r. (61), 1 r. (20), 2r. (4) and a page of forgeries, mostly good condition

1948/90 (ca.), unused and used collection, including Officials and Postage Dues, with a good choice of the 1945/46 Democratic Republic issues, some better sets and items throughout, together with a 1951 special presentation booklet “Première Émission des Timbres-Poste du Vietnam”, also a small part of Indochina and other areas, some occasional faults and dubious cancellations, overall in very good condition, in four albums and one stockbook

1860/1995 (ca.), Cuba to Trinidad, interesting mint never hinged/unused and used collection with duplicates, early issues well represented with Cuba starting from the King Amadeus and Sitting Hispania issues, followed by the American Possession issues, Jamaica Crown Colony and Omnibus, also French Guadeloupe and Martinique, selections of both Danish, British and Spanish West Indies with classics, etc., together with some souvenir sheets.
