D.ARMÉES SAIGON” (3), French Post in Algeria with small lozenge “4007” LAGHOUAT and large lozenge “5142” BOGHARI, Spanish cds. “ADMON DE CAMBIO BARCELONA 3 Ctos.” on 1873 French incoming folded entire, 1874 unofficial France-Switzerland Mixed Franking unrecognized and taxed upon arrival, 1871 folded entire to Genova with franking tied by two-line “FRANCIA VIA DI MARE”, incoming franked mail from Caracas and Montevideo, 1874 folded entire to Marseilles with mixed franking Cérès and Rivadavia, 25 centimes Cérès tied by large dotted lozenge “2387” with cds. “MONACO 16 JUIL. 74” alongside to envelope to Paris, incoming mail to Monte Carlo (signed J.-F.
