1862, 30 Rp. zinnober, auf Brief mit auf- und nebengesetztem EKr. “CHUR 21 MAI 66 VORMITTAG” an Leutnant von Egidy im Brandenburgischen Füsilier Regiment Nr. 35, stationiert bei der mobilen Armee in Dupkow während des Deutschen Krieges von 1866, dort am 29.5. eingegangen und umadressiert durch preußische Feldpost nach Spremberg mit Ankunftsstempel. Für Bayern wurde “3” Kreuzer Weiterfranko (zweifach notiert) ausgewiesen, wegen Unterfrankatur mit “6” Kreuzer nachtaxiert, letztlich entsprechend der Vereinswährung in “2” Sgr. berichtigt. Der bayerische Anteil betrug 9 Kr. (= 3 Sgr.). Die Weiterleitung nach Spremberg erfolgte portofrei. Umschlag mit altersbedingten Einschränkungen. Ein einmaliges Stück an eine Feldpostadresse kurz nach der Mobilmachung der preußischen Armee am 7. Mai 1866. Fotoattest Eichele (2019)

Moritz von Egidy (1847–1898), preußischer Offizier, später Schriftsteller und pazifistischer Publizist. Nach seiner Militärlaufbahn trat er als Vertreter religiös-ethischer Reformideen sowie für Pazifismus und gesellschaftliche Erneuerung hervor.
