1919, Stempelmarka with reddish overprint “PASTMARKA”, 15 kap orange, five singles and horizontal pair together with 30 kap imperforated, three singles, all tied by cds. “ELEJA” with handwritten date “20.X.19” to registered cover to Mitau wit arrival mark. Reverse with note “For stamps that are not available, tax stamps that have been altered by overprinting. - The head of Elley's postal department”, minor imperfection, otherwise fine and very interesting item
