1922, Opening of the state parliament Sejm 10 marka, block of four, with additional franking, tied by cds. “WILNO -4.IV.22” to front and reverse of registered cover to Amsterdam with arrival mark “AMSTERDAM 13.IV.22”, there undeliverable with handwritten note on reverse “…inconnu..”, thus returned with arrival mark “WILNO 19.IV.22”. One stamp of the block of four small tear, otherwise fine, a scarce and attractive entire with the corresponding registration slip

One of the great rarities of Estonian philately, with only 5 known covers bearing that stamp, certificate Löbbering BPP (2016)
