HYPERINFLATION: 1945/46, magnificent award-winning exhibit collection consisting of ca. 165 covers and parcel cards, showing a wonderful range of rates from all periods (1 to 27), with an abundance of better usages and interesting frankings, including Paid in Cash, Printed Matters, mail sent during the Grace Period (posted at the correct former rate), foreign destinations following - or preceding - the official reopening of international connection, etc.,; among the waterfall of better items we noted several covers from the 10th period (x5), 17th (x3), 19th (x4, including first day of rate), the scarcer 22th (x4, rate valid three days only), 23rd (x2) and 24th (x2), high franking achieved with fewer values including registered mail to USA correctly franked with 1 millio adópengö (x4), December 1945 cover to USA (5th period) with mixed franking of postage adhesives and paid in cash, provisional usage of the Holy Crown of St Istvan on parcel card (strictly controlled by the postal personal), February 1946 registered cover to London (7th period) correctly franked with few denomination of 3000 pengö, March 1946 cover to Canada (10th period) with large franking of the earlier Ezerp values, April 1946 correct Printed Matter rate to USA (12th Period), June 1946 underfranked cover with postage due during the Grace period, extremely rare use of the Milliard adhesives (100 m., 200m and 500 m. in multiples) on June 1946 Registered Express cover to Czechoslovakia (certificate Visnyovszki AIEP), exceptional 23rd Grace Period Paid in cash at the previous rate (one day Grace only), rare July 1946 (25th Period) cover to Wien franked with Billion values (certificate Visnyovszki AIEP), July 1946 (25th period) airmail cover to London, etc. A delighful collection, with an overall selection for quality, neatly mounted and expertly described in English on album pages, in 4 albums

HYPERINFLATION: 1945/46, massive stock consisiting of over 450 parcel cards, spanning periods 2 to 27, showing an extensive range of rates, including mail from the scarcer 10th (x21), 13th (x3), 20th (x2), 26th (x2) and 27th (x4)  periods, with an abundance of interesting frankings use to make up the complex parcel rates. An impressive assembly, neatly housed and annotated, in 6 stockbooks 

HYPERINFLATION: 1945/46, extensive exhibit collection with over 125 covers and postcards, spanning periods 1 to 21 and 25-26, showing a fine range of rates with an abundance of usages and better frankings, including Paid in Cash, foreign destinations, massive inflation frankings, mail sent during the Grace Period or under military free frank concession, etc., many better items throughout with March 1946 cover (10th Period) correctly franked at 90,000P, May 1946 Printed Matter (14th Period) during the Grace Period at the previous rate, mail from the scarcer 25th (x2) and 26th (x6) periods, April 1946 registered cover (13th Period) with fewer denominations of the earlier Ezerp values, July 1946 underpaid Printed Matter (26th Period) with Revenue 100 Ezer as single franking postage due, etc. A delightful assembly, neatly mounted and described, in one album 

HYPERINFLATION: 1945/46, large stock of duplicates with over 155 covers and parcel cards, spanning most periods up to the 27th, showing a large range of frankings and usages, together with a few banknotes, except for the occasional fault mostly in good condition

HYPERINFLATION: 1945/46, highly specialized Parcel Cards exhibit collection with around 80 items, showing a fine range of frankings and spanning periods 2 to 21 and 26-27, including interesting usages with Express mailing and Adópengö frankings, noted some of the scarcer periods with 10th (x5), 13th 8x3), 16th, 17th (x3, rate valid only 5 days), 19th (x3), 26th (x2) and 27th (x23), some better usages throughout with September 1945 scarce parcel card  for a 20 kg sending (2nd Period), etc.; a fine assembly in overall good condition, neatly mounted and expertly described in Danish, in one album

1958/2014, mint never hinged collection incl. Yearbooks 1980-2014 cpl., also some booklets and FDC, good condition

1855/2000 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and used collection with duplicates, including Officials, Postage Dues, Parcel stamps and Italian Areas, fine group of Italian States with some better values and duplicates throughout, later issues with some better sets like Mi.-Nr. 183-185, 439-444 unused, Parcel stamp Mi.-Nr. 2 unused, etc., together with a selection of Vatican 1929/2000 including souvenir sheets, San Marino 1877/2002 with Postage Dues, the condition somewhat mixed especially in the early issues, a few reprints or forgeries noted as to be expected. An interesting assembly, neatly housed in 6 stockbooks

1852/60, Collection on eight album pages with good parts Papal States, Modena and Sicilia, only few reprints, mostly fine. Sicilia with good unused part, ½ gr. to 20 gr. denominations represented, though note a handful of multiples, with myriad shades for the specialist to further study. Many stamps signed G. Bühler, Raybaudi and Diena, some faulty or dubious examples to be expected, but good quality to what is often found, many four-margin examples among the imperforates, overall fresh and fine or better. 

1860/2000(ca.,) mostly use collection with duplicates and better items on album pages in folder

1862/1945, mostly used collection, incl. e.g. Mi.-Nr. 9a, 49, 95-98, 153-156, and many issues from the 1920s/30s. Later the advertising fields are almost complete, further BLP on card, insurance stamps Sass. Nr. 12+13(2) and 14+17 on excerpt, signed Raybaudi, also postage due Mi.-Nr. P1 in used pair with good margins, etc., 24 Certificates, good condition, in four hingeless GBE albums

1945/1980, mostly mint never hinged collection with only a few unused, including Airmail and Express stamps, some better sets with 1945 Democracy Mi.-Nr. 682A-704A, 1949 Medici Mi.-Nr. 782 complete sheet, etc., overall in very good condition, neatly housed in two albums (ex Mi.-Nr. 682-1741)

1892/96, 6 used cards, including five to Germany, of those two bearing a label stating that the presence of an illustration on the address side rendered them invalid at the postcard rate, and two without the label, those four charged postage due, interesting group

1941/43 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and used collection with 21 covers, including German Occupation of Montenegro and Zara, many duplicates, some interesting usages with censorship, etc., mostly in very good condition, in one album

1945/46, three album pages 'Corpo Polacco' with three souvenir sheets (Sass.2-4) mint never hinged, plus some unused and overprinted stamps, perforation variety and air mail, mainly fine to very fine.

1856/1995, sehr umfangreiche Sammlung in 24 Bänden, dabei kleiner Teil Vor- und Mitläufer mit Belegen, Mi. 1-3 überkomplett und auch danach fast alles in beiden Erhaltungen und oft mehrfach vorhanden mit auch vielen Briefen und FDC. Enthalten sind u.a. Bl.1 (2) Mi. 140-42 (4), 8 Zeppelin-Belege 1931, CEPT 1960 im gestempelten Kleinbogen, kleiner Teil Dienstmarken, usw., usw. Ab ca. 1964 vieles zusätzlich postfrisch in Viererblocks und Bogen. Ein äußerst reichhaltiges und sehr sauberes Objekt.

1838/1972 (ca.), valuable mint never hinged/unused and used collection with a few covers, including Officials, Postage Dues and Telegraphs, strength before the 1940s with an abundance of duplicates along with some multiples, specialized with shades, printing varieties and other specialties; noted a fine range of the Classics with scarcer values, a group of Officials with some inverted overprints, etc., some signed FSPL or annotated with “Burrus” provenance. Slightly mixed condition as to be expected, an attractive lot, in two albums

1906 reprints, beautiful small exhibition collection on 10 pages with reprints in different shades and on different papers, with a strip of 3, 3 blocks of 4 and several pairs; including also two multiples from the uncleaned plate. Very interesting. (Michel 1-2ND)

1875/1955 (ca.), 'The evolution of Luxembourg's railway postmarks', nice little exhibition collection with 38 entires including German occupation. Some destination as Argentina, United States, Belgium (with postage due), Belgian Congo, etc.
