1918, 5 st. postal stationery card Bulgaria used during occupation of Romania, cancelled SILISTRA 8.4.18, blue german censor mark ‘GEPRÜFT 12.4.18 Postüberwachungsstelle’, black “T” in circle for taxe and blue crayon “10” alongside, addressed at first in latin script than in ottoman to ‘Braila 6th turkish army 15th unit’, so that we can assume that it was transported by the Turkish field post. Text complete written in old ottoman script by a Turkish officer, vertical fold and border faults, otherwise fine. An extremely scarce item of occupation period with turkish and german fieldpost and of great interest to the postal history of Bulgaria, Romania, Germany and Turkey

1906/38, RURAL POSTS, specialized collection with 71 covers and cards, showing a fine array of postmarks with many fine strikes, starting with the small undated double cds “VILLAGE POST KORTEN”, the collection unfolds with the larger types and various inscriptions with 1908 “POSTAL AGENCY KOZLUDZHA VARNA AREA”, 1907 “TIVORNO DISTRICT / DEBELETZ COUNTY”, many better items noted with 1937 postal receipt with “SAVING BANK ORDERS a. CHECKS / KALUGEROVO PAZ(ARDJIK)”, 1922 receipt for a registered letter with “V.(ILLAGE) P.(OST) II. DISTRICT SAMOKOV ADMINSTRATION”, etc., all expertly described and neatly mounted on exhibition pages, overall in very good condition. A remarkable specialist assembly, in one album
