1895-1910, Small collection on two album leaves, including 3 r. 1895 unused, five Specimen overprinted stamps, India stamps with Zanzibar cancellations, postcard 1904 and three postal stationery wrapper
1890/1944 (ca.), interesting accumulation of some hundered items, many interesting, including varieties, multiples, entires, partly perforated stamps, proofs, etc
1880/1949, about 60 covers and cards, including many interesting items from different states including combination with British India, registered mail, etc. An interesting lot.
1880/1940 (ca.), about 180 items of postal stationery and few covers, unused and used, including some with additional franking is, registered mail, etc.
1914/44 (ca.), interesting lot oo about 100 stockcards, including Officials, unused, used and on entires with much interesting material, varieties like SG18 in sheet, printed double, one albino (cert. RPPSL), etc.
1919/99, Collection mainly unused/mint never hinged with blocks and margin imprit stamps of Mossul issue, from 1999 Iraqi Kurdistan Barzani 1 Id. & 5 Id. se-tenant pair, Palestine overprinted issue, generally fine, a scarce assembly.
1920/22, small lot of better stamps and varieties including Bale 62b used, 71c on letter and 82a unused, several certificates
1948/69, mint never hinged group, fairly advanced with 1948 Coconut Tree sets complete SG-.Nr. 1-30, also some blocks of four, overall in very good condition, neatly housed in two stockcards (ex SG-Nr. 1-126)
1902/38, Maritime Mail 11 covers & stationery postcards, including ship cards (S.S.Persic, R.M.S. Carisbrook Castle on reverse of stationery card COGH), oneliner ‘Per Dunottar Castle’ on stationery envelope 1900, four cards cancelled OCEAN POST OFFICE, Paquebot, The Union Castle Mail Steamship Natal Agency 2.JUN.1916, some different, mainly fine.
1902/12, OCEAN POST: Ten postcards, three ship cards (S.S.Kinfauns Castle and Steamer Briton) and seven Portugal Madeira Funchal cards, including basket sledge ride from Monte to Funchal, all bearing stamps from Transvaal or COGH and cancelled OCEAN POST OFFICE, some different, mainly fine.
1869/1900, used, somewhat specialised collection including occupation; also some entires, censor marks and -lables, cancellations, etc.
1870/83, Collection on eight pages starting first issues, imperf and rouletted stamps with a wide range of colour shades, different papers, over-inked plates, V.R. Transvaal overprints, misperfed stamps, interesting postmarks etc. Including 1883 Eagle with spread wings 1 s. green, re-issue, horizontal tete-beche block of six (tiny spot). Overall a mint and used specialized collection, except for the occasional fault overall in good condition.
1903/10, Collection on ten stock cards including King Edward VII set of 12, ½ d. to 10 s. black and purple on red overprinted SPECIMEN in black. Some second republic and british occupation issues. Mostly fine to very fine.
1915/16, ´TOGO / ANGLO-FRENCH / OCCUPATION´ Collection of cancellations on Gold Coast KGV overprinted issue up to 20 sh., including Anecho, Assahun, Lome Togogebiet, Noepe, Station Palime, Agbeluvhoe and Tsewie. Mostly fine, neatly housed on expertly described nine album pages.
1915/16, ´TOGO / ANGLO-FRENCH / OCCUPATION´ Collection Gold Coast KGV overprinted issue mostly unused up to 5 sh. block of four used, many overprint varieties, missing letters, small ‘F’, thin ‘G’, double and missing hyphen, multiples, margin imprints, gutter pair. Mostly fine to very fine, neatly housed on expertly described nine album pages.
1915/16, ´TOGO / ANGLO-FRENCH / OCCUPATION´ Collection of 7 covers and postal stationerys with good cancellations on Gold Coast KGV overprinted issue up to 5 sh., Anecho with french occup. mixed stationey and Lome Togogebiet late used german colonies cancel., five registered mail. Mostly fine, neatly housed on expertly described nine album pages.
GREEK OCCUPATIONS & LOCALS: 1859/1942 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and used collection with 24 covers, many duplicates throughout, some better items including fine group of 1913 Dedeagach (some signed Schmitt BPP), 1897 Turkish-Greek War with Feld Post, some with bilingual cds “VOLOS” and LARISSA", also noted Thrace, Samos, Creta with some postage dues, etc., together with a fine selection of duplicates from the first Ionian Island issue (Mi.-Nr. 1-3), some occasional faults as to be expected, overall in very good condition, a delightful assembly neatly housed in one stockbook
1941/45, collection in thick album, with focus on China, including northern China specified by various provincial imprints, southern China Mi.No. 1-56 apparently complete, various central China, etc., also Occupations of Malaya, Philippines and Burma, including some documents and units, mostly fine
1900/90 (ca.), various accumulation with many Australian modern covers 1960s to 1980s, a few issues from French Polynesia, etc., together with two albums of cover-coins, overall in good condition
1821/1920, LEVANT : 11 covers & cards including incoming mail, France Napoleon 80 c. envelope from Smyrna 1863 with hebrew script, some Austria, Italian and Russia Levant included, Cyprus 1852 envelope from the Swedish Consulate with incomplete strike of the cachet on the reverse, sent to the Governor General of Cyprus in Nicosia (archive hs. removed), fine and scarce, some different.
1902/38, Maritime Mail 14 covers & postcards, including five ship cards (S.S.Finland, Britannic, Nieuv Amsterdam, Canadian Montrose and Cunard SMS Samaria) COGH card cancelled OCEAN POST OFFICE, First Voyage Queen Mary, Paquebot, Envelope and imprint letter “White Star line Australian Service Via Capetown 1912” some different, mainly fine.
MALTA: 1836/1900, 7 Desinfektionsbriefe. Dazu ein Rapport von 1836 mit der Anzahl der Cholerafälle und Todeszahlen. Sehr interessant. Sauber beschrieben im Album
