(x2) tied by mute “annulo a rombi”, official envelope headed “R. CONSOLATO D´ITALIA”  and on reverse its large seal handstamp, 1893 envelope to Constantinople with French Sage adhesives with pearled cds “TRIPOLI BARBARIE 14 FEVR 93” in mixed franking with Turkey 1 pi. adhesive (opened for display), etc.; except for the occasional fault in overall very good condition. An alluring specialist assembly, neatly mounted and described on album pages
