1870/73, Coat of Arms, typographed on ordinary paper, Medio Real black on yellow, fresh colour, touched at right with small scissor cut, tied by pen stroke to entire folded letter dated "Pto Plata 3. December 1873" to New York, upon arrival cds. "NEW YORK SHIP LETTER DEC 10 *10*" struck alongside, a rare and interesting, nevertheless disputed item, offered Tel Quel, signed Calves and certificate RPSL (1979) (Michel 19)
