"ANKARA", 1895 Madagascar Expedition Corps cover, some plate flaws identified, 1904 Provisional Bisected including 30c. brown/blue tied by three lines "Affranchissement exceptionel (faute de Timbres)" to front of a local envelope (Mi Ve), postage dues complete 1896 set used, some better items like 1943 France Libre Mi. 392; overall condtion is mostly very fine
