(23 Apr), struck with oval “FR / 2F20c”, the only recorded example of this accountancy mark on mail from St. Thomas, red London split-ring arrival backstamp (10 May), an unusual example of unpaid mail to Great Britain carried via French packet; ex “Hogensborg”
