1872 / 1878 FIRST UPU TARIFF PERIOD. A collection of Registered covers, chosen for their quality, and illustrating Inland and Foregin mail in this period. The 16 covers include 10, 20 and 30 kop uprated postal stationery envelopes and in addition 5 three-colour frankings. Tariffs illustrated range from 20 kop to 95 kop and three items are shown in Harry von Hofmann´s Zakaznoe - Recommandirt between pages 30 - 33
