1922/35, unused, predominantly mint never hinged collection of the overprint issues including many specialities like multiples, controls, varieties, coil joins and leaders. Beginning with six overprint trials including the two in red on British ½ d. stamps (Hib. PR 8+9), there follow the issued stamps with Seahorses Hib. T12-14 (2), the very rare Thom Rialtar 1d. carmine with inverted watermark (Hib. T26wa), 2d., watermark inverted and reversed (Hib. T29 wc), Seahorses Hib. T59-61 as well as a set of three vertical pairs with “S over E” variety and bottom sheet margin (T59g, T69c, T61f), Harrison overprints with long, serifed “1” (Hib. T62a-65a), Seahorses “Narrow Date” Hib. T66-68 including a number of varieties, composite vertical pair 5s. (Hib. T70v), horizontal pairs 2s.6d and 5s. (Hib. T69h+T70h) as well as 2s.6d. horizontal corner-marginal strip of three from top left, “Wide Date” Hib. T72-4 (T74; cert. MacDonnell AIEP), also including a number of varieties and Re-Engraved T-75-77 (T76 cert. Hamilton-Bowen BPP) including T75-6 in horizontal pairs.
