"NAPOLI 8 MAR 65" and the surcharge stamp with additional red "PIROSCAFI POSTALI / NAZIONALI" on triple rate entire letter to London with arrival mark on front; the surcharge stamp with faint crease, a fine and scarce letter, signed Sorani with certificate, also unfranked cover with same red marking to Napoli (Sassone L2, L21, 25)
