"JASSY 5/9"; the stamp shows a tiny tear at top and little rubbed spot at left, backed and affixed to piece to which it not originally belongs, still an attractive stamp, certificates Heimbüchler BPP and Dr. Gmach BPP

40 par. blue on bluish paper and 80 par. red on white paper, 40 par. ample margin at bottom, otherwise both with wide margins, neatly cancelled in red, 80 par. on small piece, signed Heimbüchler BPP a.o.

1862, 3 par. yellow with wide to enormous margins, tied by clear "GALATZ MOLDOVA 8/12" to small piece, extremely fine

1872, Prince Charles 5 b. vermilion with very good perforation for this stamp, as usual de-centered, unused o.g.; a very rare stamp, only few stamps of the remaining 1869 issue were later perforated; in this fine condition a rarity, certificate Hunziker (1959) and Dr. Gmach BPP

1890/91, 3 b. showing on reverse print 5 b. green and 10 b. printed on both sides, both used, fine and scarce

3 k. with variety 'wrong background' (2, one damaged), with 1 k. and 10 k. (2 each) on folded outer letter from "ODESSA 2 SEP 1870" to Marseille, arrival cancel on reverse, an attractive item, photocopy of Mikulski certificate

1 k.(2) and 10 k.(4)., tied to folded outer letter, repaired from inside,  from St Petersburg Warsaw Station to "CALCUTTA 18 SEPR .." (arrival cancel on reverse), transit through France and London (red "PAID" mark), a rare destination 

1k. and 1875, 20 k. on registered cover from "KIEV 14 May 1879" to "KAMENETZ PODOLSK 17 MAY 1879", slightly reduced at top,with unbroken Kiev Court seal on the reverse, with despatch and arrival cancellations

1 k., 2 copies tied to outer letter sheet from Reval to Kurküll, transit cancel of Wesenberg on reverse, franked at a reduced tariff, very scarce stamps on cover; also included is a very similar item from the same correspondence but with the 1 kopeck stamps on horizontally laid paper

1k., 3 k. and 10 k. tied to cover from Odessa to Gera in Saxony, a scarse franking

1866, 3 k., 30 k. (3) and 1875, 2 k. used on large Court letter, reduced at top,  from "TULSCHINSK P:S: 10 MAR 1877" to St Petersburg, fold through two stamps and other folds to the cover

3 k. with variety 'wrong background' with 20 k. on vertically laid paper and 5 k. on folded entire letter from St Peteresburg to Paris , all markings on the front, an attractive item

1866, 3 k. with variety 'Error of Background', strip of 3 and 3 single copies with oval postmark and additional crayon on folded outer letter from St Petersburg to Amsterdam with red transit cancellation on front and neat "AMSTERDAM 23 APR 70" arrival on reverse, a particulalry attractive example of use of this stamp
