MAIL RETAINED FROM THE CENSORS: 5 unused double and two normal postal stationary cards GRI 1d. on 10 Pfg. addressed to Leipzig with text including "...Since the 29th of August Samoa has been occupied by the New Zealand troops...", very interesting

CANCELLATIONS: ALEIPATA-TUASIVI (1916-88), interesting collection, mostly modern but also some covers from the 20-40s, good quality

POSTAL HISTORY: 1921/2008, interesting collection with more than 100 covers, many registered,  OHMS,  different censor marks, "Officially sealed", good destinations, missent covers, late fee, Pago Pago cancel on Western Samoa, meter marks etc., in addition "SAMOA COURIERS" as gummed labels and modern material and postcards

SHIP MAIL: 1908/87, very interesting collection with more than 90 covers, including many early with different markings e.g. "LOOSE SHIP LETTER" on Tasmania postal stationary 1d. with additional franking to Apia, various early "PAQUEBOT" markings and strong part American Samoa, good condition

VARIA: 3 albums containing autographs, banknotes, numis covers, Liebig pictures, vignettes and modern pictures etc.

AMERICAN SAMOA: 1913/96, very interesting collection containg more than 200 covers, with many better items e.g. letters with pre-printed senders address "Goverment House Apia", "Department of Education Pago Pago", early airmail, early first day covers, betters cancellations, better frankings, postage due covers, "SWAINS ISLAND", pre-cancellations, censor marks, some autographs, military chit sets, good quality

BELGIEN: 1852/58, 1 Kreuzer auf graugrün, 6 Kreuzer auf rosa und 9 Kreuzer auf gelb, als Streifen geklebt mit Nr. "220" und nebengesetztem Zier-DKr. "FRANKFURT 20 MER. 1854" auf Briefhülle nach Brüssel; das Weiterfranko von "7" Kreuzern vorderseitig notiert, umgerechnet in "2" Silbergroschen, schöner Brief

1859/61, 1 Kreuzer grün, 6 Kreuzer rosa und 9 Kreuzer gelb mit Nr. "220" und nebengesetztem EKr. "FRANKFURT A.M. 19 NOV. 1860" auf Briefkuvert nach Brüssel; 9 Kreuzer Vereinsporto und 7 Kreuzer Weiterfranko, hier als '2' Silbergroschen vorderseitig notiert
