SIEGE OF LADYSMITH: 3 "Velddienst" covers and one franked envelope, including one cover from Ladysmith to London endorsed "stamps not obtainable", some minor faults, mostly good

Boer advance into the Cape Colony: Telegramm byLt. Hoffmann, sent from Lichtenburgto Pretoria, with arrival mark at upper left, asking for a urgent transport options for animal feed and provisions, sent only a few weeks before the hostilities, a fine and very interesting document

"ALIWAL NORTH C.G.H. JA 24 19" clear cds. on franking Transvaal/OFS on cover to Pretoria with transit mark of Bloemfontein, in addition OFS 1d. postal stationery with adopted cds. "ALIWAL-NORTH FE 10 19", fine

"COLESBERG  C.G.H. FE 23 00" on 1d. on cover to Bloemfontein and on OFS 1½ d. postal stationery to Johannesburg, fine

"PRETORIA 1-MRT 1900" cds. on Transvaal 1d. postal stationery to Breslau, written by a german volunteer who arried with a contingent of 100 men on the 26th of February in Delagoa Bay and where sent to Colesberg, a fine and very interesting card

"COMMANDANT GENERAL 7- FEB. 1900" large round violet censor mark and adjacent blue "G" on cover from a POW camp in Pretoria for british officers to Brighton, with additional triangular british censor mark "PASSED PRESS CENSOR", folded once vertially, otherwise fine

"Geopend onder Krijgswet..." pink censor label on franked cover to Charlottenburg, folded once vertically, otherwise fine, scarce

"Geopend onder Krijgswet..." pink censor label on cover from Lourenco Marques to Johannesburg, part of right backflap missing, otherwise fine, scarce

ARMY BASE / P.O. CAPE TOWN: 1900, GB 1d. lilac on cover from England adressed to a soldier at the 3rd Batt. Field Force, at time of delivery location was unclear, redirected via Army Base and forwarded to Kroonstadt, reverse with arrival mark "ARMY BASE P.O. CAPETOWN", in addition a piece of a cover with cancel "Recovered from the Mails/looted by the Boers on June 8", small imperfections

HELENA: Broadbottom and Deadwood Camp, 12 cards and covers including one from Broadbottom sent to Germany with censor mark "PRISONER OF WAR BROAD BOTTOM CAMP" and handwritten intials and three St. Helena 1d. postal stationery with round censor mark in red, blue and violett, a fine and valuable group
