"GENOVA 22 FEB 60" to lettersheet to Valparaiso, Chile with frontside transit marks of London and Panama; a fine and attractive colour franking to Southamerica with a rare shade of 80 c., sign. Colla with certificate (2015) (Sassone 17Ab etc.)

1851, 1 cr. carmine-violet on bluish, fresh deep colour and good even margins, unused with part original gum, on reverse tiny slight thinning, otherwise very fine; a rare stamp, sign. "G.C" and certificate Colla (Sassone 4c)

1860, Provisional government 40 c. carmine, slightly touched in places, in combination with Sardinia 1855, 20 c. light-blue, tied by cds. of Pistoia to small entire letter 1862 to Dublin, little stained and letter with small fault at bottom, a scarce combination to abroad, sign. Colla with certificate (2017)

80 c. brownish-red (bistro-carnicino) with clear to wide margins and neatly cancelled, very fine, sign. Colla with certificate (2017) (Sassone 22a)

1861, Provincie Napoletane 2 gr. blue and 20 gr. orange, both with large margins, tied by red "ASSICURATA" to piece, fine and scarce, sign. Colla with certificate

2 gr. blue and 10 gr. bistre with clear red "BARI 20 FEB 1862" to registered lettersheet with adjacent oval "Bari" to Naples; a fine letter with this rare cancellation, only used in February and March 1862 for registered letters; sign. Colla with certificate (2017)

1896, Coat of arms 5c green as block of four, fresh colour and nice centering, mint never hinged, fine (Sassone 67a)

1915/16, Red Cross, prepared but unissued set of five values, apparently prepared for use in the occupied territories,  4 values with bottom sheet margin, mint never hinged, a very fine and rare set, signed Diena with certificate 

1921, Dante Alighieri 15-40c. imperforated, complete set in sheets of 50, fresh colours and mint never hinged, the top margin cut ireegulary affecting two 40c. stamps, unusaul natural gumwrinkles and bends, light vertical fold each, otherwise fine and attractive, signed Raybudi in the sheet margin with certificate

1930, 7,70 l. and Emanuel 1,25 l. tied by special machine cancel "ROMA POSTA AEREA 15.DEC.1930" to Balbo Mass Squadron flight cover to Rio de Janeiro with arrival mark on front, cover vertical folded and short tear at top, otherwise fine

1945, 100 l. deep carmine with perf. K 13½:14, mint never hinged, very fine, certificate Colla (erroneously as 565/I) (2017) (Sassone 565/Id)

Sicily: 1944, Victor Emanuel 50 c. violet, horizontal pair with red "Trinacria"-overprint on front and reverse, onmounted mint, tiny spots, otherwise fine, certificate Chiavarello (2004)

TUNESIA: "TUNISI POSTE ITALIANE 28 SET. 72" on unfranked letter with adjacent "coi Postali Italiani" to Athens, franked on arrival with 1872, 5 l., 20 l. and 40 l., tied by cds.; a fine and rare combination cover

1874, ESTERO 5 c. grey in vertical strip of 3, the central stamp with very rare variety "lower right corner ornament not modified", unused with original gum; a most remarkable item, sign. Alberto Diena with certificate (1956) (Sassone 3b, € 32.000,-)
