Nisiros Palus 1914: Picture postcard franked with 2x5C "Nisiros", tied with "R.R. Poste Italiane PALUS (Niseros Egeo) 7.7.14" cds, sent to "Constantinopoli" cds. Beautiful and scarce
Patmos 1912/23: Group of four, two registered letters (one to Germany, the other to Italy), a regular cover to Egypt and a 1923 postcard to Rhodes; proper usages, usual wear and tear, overall very nice.
Piscopi 1937: Cover to New York City, USA, franked with an Italian Aegean Mi.111 tied by "POSTE ITALIANE - PISCOPI (EGEO) 1-7.37" cds and "RODI" transit cds. Part of the back-flap torn and missing, otherwise a genuine, proper franking and usage from a very difficult origin.
Rhodes 1912/39: Group of 13 items (2 registered & 1 censored, 2 military), franked with various stamps, Italy mainland, Egeo or Rodi, tied with various datestamps
Rhodes Island 1912/43: Postmark Selection of eight covers, included are items with "CASTELLO," "LINDOS," "CAMPOCHIARRO", "JANNADI," and "RODI" postmarks
Rhodes island 1915/44: Group of 8 items all with various small villages postmarks. "ARCANGELOS", "PSITHOS", LINDOS", "CATTAVIA" (x2), "VILLANOVA" (x2), "MONOLITHO" (1944, type not reported in Tchilinghirian)
Rhodes island 1942: Large not prepaid official cover (fold) sent from "SALACO Rodi Egeo 19.12.42" sent to Rhodes, with pair of 10C postage due stamps & 5C Pittorica, tied with "Posta Aerea RODI Egeo 20.12.42". Rare use of postage dues
Rhodes Jannadi 1916: Free of charge picture postcard (special issue for the "Corpo d'Occupazione dell'Egeo), marked with "R.R. Poste Italiane JANNADI (Rodi Egeo) 24.2.16" cds, sent to Napoli. Beautiful and scarce
Scarpanto 1912/17: Group of three covers and two postcards, including two 1912 and 1917 military free franks to Italy, a very nice and scarce 34o Reggimento Fanteria illustrated postcard with a 5c Scarpanto overprint stamp to Italy (signed Sorani), and a censored 1917 cover to Athens. Usual wear, overall very fine.
Stampalia 1912/13: Two covers and a postcard, the covers franked with 50c each, one Italian, the other with Stampalia overprint, tied by similar large oval cds, the other an Italy Mi.P39A with just perfect "POSTE ITALIANE - STAMPALIA (EGEO) 1-4.13" cds and "SAVONA (GENOVA)" arrival
Symi 1912/42: Group of seven covers, two municipal notices, and a postcard, spanning a period of twenty three years, nice commercial imprint covers with a variety of cancels and stamps used, including Egeo Mi.1 on cover to Germany, Simi overprint stamps of various denominations and issues, Italian mainland stamps, and free franks for the municipal notices. Very interesting and clean usages, properly franked, minor wear, a couple with minor toning.
OCCUPATION OF CRETE: 1941/42: Five censored covers franked with various Rodi stamps, originated from "SAN NICOLO" (x3), "SITIA" and "IERAPETRA". Scarce and desirable material
CRETE: 1900/12, Complete La Canea Issues, mint and/or used with some duplication
1900/12, La Canea Overprinted Italian Stamps, over 100 mint and used, primarily singles but some multiples present as well, neatly placed in dealer stock cards, easy to see there are three mint and two used 1900, 1pi singles, two 1906, mint key 10c brown rose, a short used set missing the high 1L could be put together as well as a couple used and a mint 1907/12 set. Key stamps appear sound, mint hinged with remnant, the 10c. brown rose used faulty but presentable.
1901/13, Italian Post Offices, Seven covers mailed to Germany, mostly registered and overfranked, with the two most notable pieces being a 1901 item franked with a 1901, 1pi and a registered cover franked with a single 1906, 5 Lire. Very clean.
1902/41, Italian Offices in Crete, Group of 16 primarily used Postal Stationery Cards most going to Germany, either with extra stamps affixed or without. A couple are mint, and some of the used double card have the reply part attached, unused. Also, an Italian Aegean card 1937, 30c Rodi card used in Crete and mailed to Rhodes. Very interesting group
1906, LA CANEA Overprinted Italian stamps, the 5 Lire in a used block of four with "LA CANEA UFFICIO POSTALE" cds. Fresh, signed Sorani and with his certificate (1999). Rare multiple.

Canea 1900: 25C 1893 tied on corner cover with "LA CANEA Ufo Postale Italiano 29.1.00" datestamp, sent to Benghazi. Very early usage (first month) on civilian mail, ink stain and folding. A very desirable item for the collectors of Crete
Canea 1901: 60C Parcel Post form 1890, used at "LA CANEA Ufo Postale Italiano 27.5.01" for a parcel sent to Geneva, very scarce and clean, with the usual pinholes
Canea 1907: 10C 1906 tied on picture postcard with "LA CANEA Ufo Postale Italiano 15.3.07" datestamp, sent to Tubingen Germany. Rare stamp, very rare on document (high catalogue value), good condition
Canea 1909: 1L Parcel Post form 1905, canceled with faint "LA CANEA Ufo Postale Italiano 1.6.09" for a parcel sent to Geneva, very scarce with wear and tear
Canea 1910: Pair of 40C 1910 tied on registered corner cover with "LA CANEA Ufo Postale Italiano 25.4.10" cds, sent to Vienna. Scarce stamp, rare on document, very fine condition
Canea 1900/05: Group of 10 items franked with Italian stamps (without overprint), all tied with "LA CANEA Ufo Postale Italiano" (various datestamps). Four items of high interest, 1. Registered cover franked with 50C (1903), 2. Registered cover franked with pair of 25C (1905), 3. Two 10L Cretan postal cards with additional 10C Italian stamps (both in 1900). Good to very fine

EPIRUS: Janina 1902/13, Italian Post Office Overprint Issue, group of 7 postal stationery cards, including five sent to Wuerzburg, different cards and stamp frankings to pay the registration fee, a short lettercard sent registered to Palermo and an Italian Levant card canceled-to-order with additional postage stamps affixed. Very clean and interesting lot.

Himara 1916: Censored registered envelope, overfranked by the sender, all the stamps tied with "Poste Italiane HIMARA (Albania) 22.12.16" cds, sent to "THESSALONIKI 16.Jan.17" cds via "Valona" (censorship) and "Bologna" cds. Rare and very fine, ink stain
Himara 1917/18: Two censored envelopes, both franked with 25C, tied with "Poste Italiane HIMARA (Albania) 30.8.17" and "6.11.18" cds, sent to "Minia" and "Port-Said" cds respectively, via "Valona" (censorship). Rare and fine, some imperfections

Kanina 1916, Italian Post Offices in Levant and Valona, philatelic cover franked with complete 1909/11 Valona set and 1906 and 1910 Italian Levant Special Delivery stamps tied by "KANINA (VALONA)" cds. Some light toning, otherwise very fine and seldom seen.
