Stamps with partly usual scissors cuts and envelope somewhat roughly opened, still fine. A very scarce letter. Certificate Isfila

KIZANLIK: 1872, „POSTAHANE-I KIZANLIK 1278“, clear negative seal postmark on handwritten form for transportation of a package to Stara Zagora with a charge of 49 piasters.
