1816/1993 (ca), large mint never hinged/unused and used collection, incl. postage dues and occupation areas, starting with Ottoman, Italian and Austrian forerunners, many interesting covers with 1816 folded entire from Shkodar to Durazzo, scarce 1870 Mixed Franking Italy-Ottoman Empire on lettersheet from Venezia to Scutari Dalbania, many postmarks on loose stamps and covers incl. framed “SCUTARI”, “SAJADA”, handstamp “K.u.K. Schiftstationskmdo in Durazzo", concentration camp mail from Klos (Cetinje), etc., the collection follows with perforation varieties, large multiples, some better items like Mi.-Nr. 6 inverted overprint used on small piece (signed Bühler), 157A-161A in cpl. sheets mint never hinged, 1927 Ahmet Zogu three colour proofs in black, blue and red, 1947 Qemal Stefa original artist´s drawings, together with some local issues from Central Albania, Shkodra, Korçë and a fine part of Austrian-Hungarian occupation “Etappenpostämter”. Some questionable items and forgeries noted, overall good condition, a few signed or with certificates, a compelling specialist holding, in 10 albums
