1953/2008, ST. HELENA, ASCENSION and TRISTAN DA CUNHA, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection of all three constituent territories, each including Postage Due as well as the early Elizabeth II issues and many modern souvenir and miniature sheets. An unusual offer, especially with regard to the more recent period. 

1953/2008, BRITISH POSESSIONS IN AFRICA, mint never hinged collection on album pages covering many different areas and often complete for the period covered. Among these are Nigeria, Northern Rhodesia (1953-63), Nyassaland Protectorate (1953-64), Southern Rhodesia (1964), Rhodesia and Nyassaland (1954-63) incl. Postage Due, Somaliland Protectorate, Bechuanaland Protectorate (1960-66),  Swaziland (1956-68), Basutoland (1954-59), Gambia, Gold Coast, Kenya, Uganda, Tanganyika, Sierra Leone, South West Africa (1954-90) incl. 1953/2007, BRITISH POSESSIONS IN THE SOUTH ATLANTIC, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection of Falkland Islands (1953-2007) incl. Airmail, Postage Due, souvenir and miniature sheets, Falkland Islands Dependencies (1953-6; 1980-87) incl. Trans-Antartic Expedition overprints, South Georgia (1963-99) and British Antarcic Territory (1963-2006). 

1880/1950 (ca.), accumulation of approx. 500 covers and cards with some interesting items such as London, Brighton and South Coast Railway Stamp 2d green with 1880 ½ d deep green and 1881 1d lilac (2) on fragment with “DIEPPE 11 AVRIL 01” arrival cds indicating an unpermitted use of the Railway Stamp on foreign mail, but also two Book Post items to Belgium, a correspondance of 10 letters with SG 467+475 or 471+472 to memebers of the British Middle East Forces or a large c. 1946-50 correspondance of British Forces in Germany OHMS covers within Germany, some of which franked with German Issues and one with 1953 3d purple showing bilingual “BRITISH FIELD POST / ERMÄSSIGTE GEBÜHR” (reduced rate) handstamp in purple. Interesting and varied though in very mixed condition. 

1979/2008, collection souvenir sheets with more than 250 covers with mostly FDCs with special cancellations from Gibraltar, Great Britain, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man and Jersey, in six albums

1923/1990 (ca), British Middle East from Aden to UAE, large mint never hinged/unused and used collection, many cpl. sets, some values collected both unused and used, together with some souvenir sheets, a fresh assembly mostly in very fine condition, neatly housed in two albums

1896/1908, Sideface Issues, including both mint and used examples, an in-depth collection of 1/2d through 2s. values, in singles, pairs, and larger multiples including large part sheets, with detailed annotations as to printings, varieties, etc, noting 1896 1d. proof pair on medium wove unwatermarked paper, 1887 1d. imperforate plate proof block in colour of issue, 1896-7 1d. block of four noted “approved proof” and dated on reverse, several pages of 1899 1d. printings with experimental zig-zag roulettes, various examinations of constant plate flaws, including 1897-1908 2s. irregular positional block of fifteen, several 2d. blue showing “cracked plate” varieties in mint and used, including used multiples, pleasing group of 1911 printings in used blocks, complemented by a small number of covers, including. 1901 2-1/2d single franking to India,  and seven “stamp collars” cut from envelopes, advertising Schnapps, Tobacco, Tailors, etc, some items identified as being ex A. Ronald Butler, a few pages of other contemporary issues also included, the occasional small flaw to be expected, but an overall exceptionally fresh and fine collection, likely exceeding 1,000 stamps, a detailed study from which the enthusiast of this issue can expand.

1910s/30s, balance of collection on album pages, with good representation of Kangaroos, over fifty examples across printings, including 1913 4d - 1s mint, these with fresh bright colours, 2s. and  5s used, 1929-30 5s and 10s used, 1935 £1 grey, King George V 1920 1/4d. light blue mint, further range of used denominations from various printings including shades, back-of-the-book including  O.S. overprints and postage dues, including 1909-23 5s/10s mint, £1 cancelled-to-order, etc, condition varies, with some faulty stamps noted, but a useful holding with many fine stamps.

1913/2007, mostly used collection in 4 albums and folder, also including booklets and covers

1953/2008, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection including many booklets as well as souvenir and miniature sheets. Good condition and of high face value. 

1957/2010, AUSTRALIAN TERRITORIES AND DEPENDENCIES, extensive and seemingly complete mint never hinged collection comprising many miniature and souvenir sheets and a significant amount in valid postage.  Includes Australian Antarctic Territory (1957-2010), Christmas Island (1958-2009), Cocos Islands (1963-2008), Norfolk Island (1958-2007) and Papua New Guinea (1957-2008) incl. a near complete selection of Postage Due as well as two airmail items, both to Europe, bearing 1960 2´5d vermilion (SG 23) and 1961 1d, 3d (3), 5d and 1S respectively. 

1890/1967, interesting group of about 200 postal stationery cards, with better items, mostly good condition

1953/2008, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection including the more uncommon 1953 high values 1s to one pound (the lower values to 1s missing) as well as souvenir and miniature sheets.

1924/32, semi-official airmail collection,, most hinged though with a few never hinged examples noted, with various airlines represented including Laurentide Air Service, Elliot-Fairchild Air Service showing the “filled-in wing” variety, Fairchild Air Transport, including vertical and horizontal tete-beche pairs, Patricia Airways & Exploration, Western Canada Airways, Yukon Airways, Cherry Red Airlines, etc, the odd small flaw, chiefly fine. 

1953/2007, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection including souvenir and miniature sheets. Good condition and of high face value. 

1920s/60s, extensive first flight collection, with over 450 covers in two albums, the vast majority 1930s, includes Newfoundland flights, myriad cachets including attractive Roessler examples, note uprated 1928 Admiral postal stationery card to the Netherlands Indies  1935 6c “Moulting Wing” variety on cover (slight toning), unusual 1932 first flight mailed to Austria, and much more, some small flaws, but a chiefly fresh collection, ideal for expansion.

1924/33, semi-official airmail postal history collection, with over fifty covers, beginning with two Estevan-Winnipeg Promotional issue illustrated covers, 1925 (25c) red Laurentide Air Service on Roessler cover, several Northern Air Service, 1926 Jack V. Elliot Air Service examples showing both background types, Elliot-Fairchilds Air Service, several 1926 Patricia Airways & Exploration & Patricia Airways Limited (8), including “Special Air Service” overprint types, with the difficult 10c overprint Type  A in red with 5c overprint Type B in black (Unitrade CL27), ten Western Canada Airways, six (25c) blue Yukon Airways, three scarce Klondike Airways, one on Roessler cover with McGreely’s Express label, Commercial Airways “Air Fee” in black and orange, etc, some with small faults, but a chiefly fine group, with many desirable covers.

1953/2008, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection, thus containing the scarcer early Elizabeth II sets as well as a wealth of more modern souvenir and miniature sheets. 

1965/2000, Cook Islands including Aitutaki and Penrhyn Island, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection (Aitutaki 1972-99, Penrhyn 1973-2000) incl. officials, souvenir and miniature sheets. 

1958/2008, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection including miniature sheets. 

1953/2008, seemingly complete mint never hinged collection, thus containing the less comon early Elizabeth II issues as well as many souvenir and miniature sheets. An unusually recent and complete collection of this exotic area.
