1852, 10 c. grey-black, 2 vertical strips of five and pair, one strip slightly touched at lower left, otherwise all with good margins, tied by nine-bar cancel with adjacent blue "LUXEMBOURG 22....." to registered and sealed double rate cover to Schaarbeek, Belgium. Light file folds affecting four stamps and three stamps in the lower strip with small tears; the pair originally applied around the edge of the cover and opened out for display.
