FROM TURKEY: 1864, entire letter from Deraliye to Filibe, franked with very nice marginal copy of Tughra, 3rd printing, 1 pia. on lilac-grey, tied by battal handstamp with adjacent additional strike over an empty space, where another stamp, most likely mistakenly, had been applied.
