MECHED: "Censored on behalf of military governing forces", clear boxed marking on cover from "MECHED 4-IX.21" to Teheran, little unfresh, a scarce cover

RECHT: "Post of the government of all the Soviet Public of Iran", boxed marking on cover from "RECHT 13.VI.20" to Teheran with additional government military censor mark

The same censor mark of 'The provisional Republic" but obliterated on cover from "RECHT 5.VII.20" to Kazvin, additionally censored by military censor "KAZVIN no.4", very scarce, only few similar items known

RECHT: "Censored by the Military Forces in Recht", violet double ring seal with crowned lion in centre, 2 strikes applied over white label on front and reverse of cover from "RECHT 14.X.20" to Teheran; one of the rarest censor marks of Persia (Eftekhar no. RR1)

RECHT: "Military Government Gilan", square negative seal applied over white label on cover from "RECHT 6-IV.24" to Teheran with another (not quite complete) strike on reverse (here part of white label removed by opening). One of the rarest censor marks of Persia, illustrated in Hartmann p.191

SENNEH: "Sansor idlmishder" in bluish-black, very clear strike on registered cover from "SENNEH 5.IX.16" to Hamadan, fine and rare

SENNEH: "Sansor idlmishder", very nice clear strike in greenish-blue on money letter (draft for 200 toman), franked on reverse with 1911/22, 2 kr. in strip of 5 and 24 ch. from "SENNEH 25.I.17" to Hamadan with part of arrival mark; reverse flap missing; very rare

RECHT: "Recht censored by the military", square negative seal applied over white label on front and reverse of cover with contents from Kachan to Recht with several transit and arrival marks

SENNEH: "Inspected on behalf of the Military Censorship in Curdistan", clear violet boxed marking on front of envelope with nice franking on reverse from "TEHERAN (MOHAMADIEH) 22/9" (1917) to Senneh with arrival mark, scarce

SENNEH: "Censor of Curdistan", small negative seal applied over white label on envelope from "SENNEH 7.IX.19" to Hamadan with additional "PASSED BY CENSOR No. 560" of Hamadan, fine and scarce

SULTANABAD-ARAK: "13 ARAK 42/censored by the military", negative seal with crowned lion applied over white label on front and reverse of commercial cover 15.5.1924 to Teheran, fine and scarce

WEST CASPIAN-SEA CENSOR: "Observed by the censor/CENSURÉ", good strike on official envelope from "RECHT 24.XII.21" to Teheran; little roughly opened at left, fine and scarce

WESTERN REPUBLIC: "The censor of the Western Republic", clear strike on Ahmad Shah 2 ch. on postcard from Teheran to Hamadan

ZANJAN: "PASSED CENSOR ZENJAN", negative seal applied over white label on cover from "TAURIS 14.XI.18" to Teheran with arrival mark of 28.11.; very rare and unusually applied in transit

INDIA USED IN PERSIA: "BANDARASAS SEP: 30" on small envelope franked DLR ½ a. blue, tied by "B" in barrs, to Sihkapore with part of arrival mark
