"EWOIS 27 4 1866", 5 penni additionally cancelled with manuscript index number "13", to cover to Träskända with boxed arrival mark. The 5 kopeck stamp has been inadvertently been counted as 5 penni (although it is equal to 20 penni), thus overrating the cover by 15 penni. Some perforations faults and a little roughly opened flap, an attractive and unique mixed franking of the kopeck and penni issue, certificate Tuori Provenance: “The Sibelius collection” (Corinphila, 2003)
