37½ c. green with good to wide margins, tied by cds. "LUXEMBOURG 1 JUIL 67" to envelope to Brandenburg, showing at lower left not quite complete clear oval "OFFICIER BRIEF LUXEMBURG"; a fine and rare cover from the Prussian fortress of Luxemburg, certificate Böttger BPP

37½ c. green with ample to wide margins and nice deep colour, tied by cds. "LUXEMBOURG 23 AOUT" (1860) to entire letter to Berlin with transit mark of Trier and arrival mark, very fine, sign. Goebel

40 c. red-orange, copy from the upper left sheet corner with wide margins at bottom and right and enormous sheet margins of 13/15 mm at top and left, unused with slightly disturbed original gum; a fantastic copy of this stamp which is very scarce in unused condition anyway, certificate Böttger BPP (2016)

40 c. orange with close to very wide margins, tied by small cds. "LUXEMBOURG 24 SEPT. 61" to lettersheet to France, fine, sign. Goebel and certificate Demuth BPP (1985)

2 c. black, vertical strip of 3, tied by cds. "LUXEMBOURG 9 10 76" to postcard 6 c. violet to France with arrival mark on front; the strip with small marginal faults and card with few tiny pinholes, still fine and scarce, signed Goebel and certificate Böttger BPP

4 c. yellow in combination with rouletted in colour 1 c. brownish-orange and horizontal pair 10 c. lilac, tied by clear cds. "LUXEMBOURG 23 NOV. 69" to lettersheet to Nancy (one side flap missing and paper partly split in the folds); the franking had been lifted and a crease in 1 c. pressed, the pair with small faults, the scarce 4 c. in fine condition; an attractive and rare colour franking, certificate Böttger BPP (2016)

4 c. green, horizontal pair and single stamp with 1872, rouletted in colour 1 c. red-brown, tied by "LUXEMBOURG PD 3 2 74" to cover to Vienna; the stamps partly scissors' cut and the left stamp faint crease, otherwise fine; a rare combination franking overpaying the rate by ½ c., sign. "LUXEMBOURG 22/7 77" to postcard 10 c. orange to Switzerland; the card is slightly overfranked, since there were no stamps of ½ c.; a fine and rare card to abroad, sign.
