"SKARALID 9 4 1943" to airmail cover via Berlin with censorhsip label and Lisbon where somewhat weak oval "OAT" (Onward Air Transmission) was applied, censored in England and closed with "P.C. 90 7485" closing strip, a very attractive and rare cover being the only cover showing the oval "OAT" cancellation
