1918, Coat of arms 40 sch. green, two vertical pairs and 15k. block of four (Chernihiv type [Bulat 216]) tied by cds. "KIEV 25 6 20" to Telegraphic Money Transfer Form sending 4000 roubles to Bugulma with "BUGULMA 21 7 20" receiver cancel on reverse. The card is annotated in Mss. at the top " Received under Soviet Government" to distinguish it from transfers registered in the preceding, brief Polish-Ukrainian (Petliura) period. Trident stamps affixed at aedge, otherwise fine, a scarce, late and non-philatelic usage

1918, 2k. green (Odessa Type I) and horizontal strip of five and two singles 14k. (Odessa type III),  all stamps revalued x 100 in accordance with the RSFR Tariff of March 1920, tied by cds. "BERISLAV 16 8 20" to Telegraphic Money Transfer Form, modified by hand to create an ordinary "by Post" Transfer Form used to send 5000 roubles to Tver guberniya with "TVER 8 9 20" transit- and "BORISKOVO TVER. 14 9 20" receiver cancel together with recipient's signature. In manuscript at the top of the form it is noted that the Transfer was made "under Soviet power" which had come to the Kherson guberniya earlier in 1920, some stamps small faults but a nice and attractive item, signed UPNS Zelonka
