1882, Queen Victoria 4d. yellow, 6d. green and 1sh. lilac (3) tied by numeral barred oval postmark on a registered cover to Germany, endorsed "per Orient Steamer Sydney 7th Dec. via Naples", alongside cds. "BUNDABERG QUEENSLAND 30 NO 83", on reverse arrival cds. "HERRNUT", slight aging on the sides otherwise very fine

1846 (ca.), "See-Brief", großer Ra., sauber auf Briefhülle mit rückseitigem Vermerk des Forwarders Delius "Erhalten aus Südaustralien wohin am 1 Juli die Patell (?) wieder abfährt", nach Hamburg, taxiert mit "7" Hamburger Schillingen. Ein seltener früher Brief aus Australien, der nicht über England lief.
