1891, 15c. blue on grey paper imperforate, complete sheetlet of ten typesets cancelled "TAMATAVE", tiny pinholes mentioned for accuracy, also five single used, very fine

1891, 25c. brown on bistre paper imperforate, complete sheetlet of ten typesets cancelled "TAMATAVE", small tear and corner crease not affecting the stamps, also ten singles used, with shades, one cancelled with cds "VOHEMAR"; mostly very fine, the sheetlet signed Brun

1943, France Libre 20fr. yellow brown/blue, neatly tied by cds. "TANANARIVE RP. MADAGASCAR 14 8 43" with further strike alongside to a local registered envelope, label "N°261", some slight soiling from the reverse flaps showing through on front, very fine and rare, signed Calves

1895/1965, Collection on album leaves, hundreds of used stamps and a few covers, neatly mounted and described, many duplicates with a range of postmarks including cds. "ANKARA", 1895 Madagascar Expedition Corps cover, some plate flaws identified, 1904 Provisional Bisected including 30c. brown/blue tied by three lines "Affranchissement exceptionel (faute de Timbres)" to front of a local envelope (Mi Ve), postage dues complete 1896 set used, some better items like 1943 France Libre Mi. 392; overall condtion is mostly very fine
