VILLE DE PARIS (supposed): Gazette des Absents of 7.12.70, franked with two copies Laure 40 c. and Siege 20 c., with adjacent "PARIS 4 12 DEC. 70" and boxed red "P.D." to Lima, Peru. Just 2 further 'Ballon montee' letters have been recorded with this destination.
